Eligibility for Return/Replacement

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.

  • For damaged, defective, or wrong product, please provide an unboxing video as proof.

Replacement Policy

  • If you receive a wrong or defective product, we will send you a free replacement.

  • In case the product is out of stock, we will provide a full refund.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated only if replacement is not possible.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personal care items, hygiene products, and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.
